FAQ - Nodi Account 

1. Why should I register?

There is no cost to register your account, and every registered Nodi customer receives a Free 15 days trial period! Registering an account will also provide you with easy tracking for all of your account and payment information.

2. How do I register?

It’s super simple! Go to {signup_url} and click register at the top right off the page. Then just follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.

3. Why do you want my personal information?

To create an account, we need some basic information to help you track the account in the future. Also, you can see our Privacy Policy for what information we collect and how we use those.

4. I forgot my password! What should I do?

Begin the login process by clicking Login at the top right off the page. Then click the “forgot password?” link at the bottom of the login pop-up and follow the instructions to reset your password.

5. I have a Nodi account, but I can’t log in. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the same method to log in as you create your Nodi account. If you used the Google or Facebook methods to open your account, you must use that same method to log in.

1. Do I need a credit card to create an account?

No. You do not need a credit card to create your account. You can subscribe to the Free Trial version without any payment details. 

2. Can I cancel or change my account at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time from within your site dashboard.

3. How do Basic plans work?

Basic plans limit the system usage based on the features and service. These plans come with hard limits.

4. How do Premium plans work?

These plans come with soft limits and access to the features we offer. Most of the customers love to subscribe premium with additional features and value-added services.

5. How do Platinum plans work?

Our Business plan combines our most advanced features with a package of white-label services, specialised consultations, expedited support, and more. 

6. What is the difference between Annual and Monthly pricing?

With annual pricing, you pay for a year ahead, but you get a significant discount compared to month-by-month pricing.

7. Does my plan come with free support?

We offer support for all types of accounts - even free. You can issue a support request directly within your learning portal's dashboard.

FAQ for Payments 

1. Is it safe to make a payment on the Nodi site?

Absolutely! We use a secure banking site to make sure that your information is kept secure.

2. How can I see my past purchases?

Log in to your Nodi account and click “My Account” at the top right of the page. On your Account page, click “Payment details” at the left to display your purchase history.

3. Can I change my default payment method?

Yes, you can change your payment method follow these steps. Log into your Nodi account, then click My Account at the top right of the page. After that, Click Payment details on the left side of the page. Delete any methods that are no longer valid or that you no longer wish to use.

4. I am unable to complete my purchase. What should I do?

This is a rare problem but can sometimes occur if you try to use a different payment method than the one you previously chose to be your default method. If everything is ok, but you cannot process the payment, you can contact our support team through live chat {live chat_url} or send us an email at [email protected].

5. Why is my bank refusing the payment?

Suppose you have sufficient funds available and your credit card has not expired. In that case, the problem could be that your bank’s automatic verification system might have incorrectly flagged the purchase as suspicious. One way to fix this is by speaking to your bank to let them know you authorise payments to Nodi.

1. How much can I make?

This depends on the number of sign up conversions that are referred from paying customers.  Some of our affiliates earn around £6,000 a month.  There is no limit- the more you promote, the more you will earn. We offer very competitive commission rates.

2. Are there any costs involved with being an affiliate?

3.  How do I get paid?

We pay all our affiliate commissions via PayPal.

4.  How long does it take to get started?

Sign up today, and we will review your application; this usually takes 3-4 business days.

5.  Do you track referrals to the website?

Absolutely!  We use cookies to track if your referral decides to revisit the website and signup as a paid member.  (Our cookies will track this for up to 60 days)

6. How often are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid once a month upon receiving your invoice. Payment is made on a net 30 basis, which starts at the beginning of the following month.

For example, invoices for January are paid on March 1st/2nd.
